Everyone can do anything if they put their mind to it, but they can be even greater when they take a hand for guidance and support. That is what I want to be to my students… a help, encourager and motivator. With that I do believe everyone CAN do maths. I hope to help students find their unique way of understanding and to overcome any obstacle that hinders them from achieving their God-given potential. “

“I love to solve the puzzle of finding the gaps in learners’ knowledge. I believe that a fundamental condition for helping a learner is to solidify their understanding of the basics and build from there. I also believe that half the battle is won when I can help learners to gain confidence and trust in their own abilities. Encouragement and positive self-talk inform my approach to teaching. When an intimidating Maths sum is placed in front of them, if I can change a learner’s immediate attitude from, ‘I can’t do this,’ to, ‘I can figure this out,’ then I consider my job mostly done. I am excited to walk a God-led journey with learners, guided by prayer, encouragement and academic application!”
